The phone was delivered within 3 business days. I was kept informed of the process daily until I received it. Delivery was done by Mr Courier basically to my door. I feel like 5 stars aren't enough to describe the excellent service I received from Tech Exchange (Richard). I bought a CPO phone from them yesterday Monday and I received in the next day (Tuesday) in literally less than 24 hours and I'm all the way in Cape Town! Exceptional service is guaranteed from them. Just like anyone, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing from them as I am in a different city however I'm glad I made this decision of buying from them. The phone doesn't even look used at all. It is scratch free and has a great battery life. I am really happy with my purchase and will be buying from them again.
