Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product having been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 7 days after delivery. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery.
If the Goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you or request that you bring the product to one of our preferred partners for assesment. For second repairs or faults reported after 7 days of receiving a product you may courier the item to our distribution warehouse where you will be credited or refunded for the courier costs incurred, up to an amount not exceeding R150. Dependent on the device being within warranty or faulty. If no fault is found you will be liable for the courier costs before the device can be returned to you. In cases whereby an address has changed from the original delivery address, any extra charges above the original courier amount will be for the customers cost. In case of a refund due to network signals in outlying areas or change of mind within first seven days of receiving your purchase an administration fee and courier costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
If you are returning Goods via courier please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged enroute. Please include a copy of your original invoice and ensure the original packaging and all accessories are returned as you will be charged for any missing items.
