I wasn't sure about this company, but checked out some reviews and took a chance. It took 5 working days before I held my new phone in my hand.
After nearly 6 years of owning an S10 (still a great phone by the way), I have now upgraded to an S21. While is has many of the same features as the S10, there are differences. The photos? Wow! Again, same 12 MP camera as the S10, but it does portrait-type shots even when it's on normal camera mode. I sometimes struggled to take wide shots with the S10 and get the blurry background effect, whereas this phone does it without even breaking a circuit.
But I digress, back to TechExchange. The generic charger isn't fast charging, despite what the box says, but the phone is exactly as advertised and that is definitely what will make me buy from you guys again (hubby needs a new phone so I will be back). Thank you!
Highly recommended. I bought a demo S22 then we changed to a S22 plus as my wife wanted a bigger screen Even with the exchange all went well. Phone is as new demo model.
I bought an iPhone 13 Pro demo on techexchange. I was extremely worried about scams but I chatted to Richard on WhatsApp who replied to all my questions. I received a call from Richard as the phone color I wanted did not have 100% battery life and he proposed me another color. I received the phone as described, new condition, 100% battery in its original box with charger and pin 3 days after the call. The courrier guy has a tracking system which allows you to follow the delivery process. I am extremely satisfied by the product and service. I definitely recommend!

i’ve bought two demo phones from techexchange two tears apart and they both appeared to be brand new. screens were unscratched, and not like when someone tells you it looks new, i mean literally no scratches. rest of the phone also great, even had those little plastic strips on the sides and the one on the screen and the back. also, the prices are great. :)

I purchased Samsung A30s Demo in 2021 November. Firstly I received best selling experience from Richard. When I had a problem that phone was locked, he was ready to send a courier guy to take my phone and replace it, but my brother managed to unlock it for me so I did not need to return it.
