Our Demo phones are in as new condition just the box had been opened. They were NOT display phones. Barely used and like new with all their original parts, box and accessories. Unlocked and open to all networks. All Demo phones have undergone an extensive functionality assessment and are performing like new. Sold with a 6 month Techexchange warranty and 7 day guarantee to ensure your Demo phone is covered in the event of any hardware or software fault not caused by damage.
CPO stands for Certified Pre-owned and only devices in Pristine condition with no major scratches or marks are sold. CPO phones have undergone an extensive functionality assessment, are Phone Check certified and performing like new. Unlocked and open to all networks with a battery capacity of 80-100%. They do not come in their original box but include a premium fast charging cable. All Certified Pre-owned phones are sold with our 7 day guarantee and 6 month Techexchange warranty.
Unfortunately we don’t offer cash on delivery as we use TheCourierguy and they cannot accept payments for us.

Payflex allows you to split the cost of the purchase over 6 weeks or 3 months interest-free in instalments using your existing debit or credit card. Get instantly vetted and upon approval, pay the first 25% of your purchase as a deposit. The balance is equally split over 6 weeks or 3 months interest free.
Mobicred offers a monthly credit payment through mobicred to pay the purchase off over 6-12 months. You can apply for credit at www.mobicred.co.za Requirements: South African ID and 3 months recent bank statements. Once approved you can then proceed to purchase the phone and select Payfast/Mobicred as the payment option. You get the phone upfront and pay off it off over the selected months
All phones include Free Shipping – Once we receive your payment we use TheCourierguy for delivery and it’s generally within 1-3 days unless an outlying area then 3-5 days excluding weekends. Need your order sooner, select express shipping for R150, payment must be received before 10am for next day delivery. Orders under R1000 there is a R75 delivery fee. Outlying areas are delivered using Pudo which is a locker service located nationwide managed by TheCourierGuy.
We no longer have a walk in store or hold stock at our Sandton head office. All devices are stored and shipped from our Johannesburg and Durban warehouses. To arrange collection, email sales@techexchange.co.za or send a Whatsapp or call 0724392243 before placing your order. All purchases include delivery with The Courierguy directly to your home or work address or for easy collection from any Pudo locker located nationwide at your convenience.
